  • There are 5-6 items per package.

  • Each care package is valued between $100-$150.

  • Yes, you can purchase any package, as long as we’re in stock!

  • Yes, you can add up to two additional items from our available offerings to your care package. These items will be included within the care package itself. If you wish to add more than two items, they will be shipped in a separate package, but at the same time as your care package.

    If you're unsure about an item fitting into the care package, please email us at hi@thisiseachelement.com with the item name(s) and the specific care package name. If you don't reach out and there's an issue with the fit, we'll contact you with alternatives.

  • Each Element subscription boxes follow a quarterly schedule, with boxes typically shipped within the first month of each quarter. We currently ship to the USA and Canada only.

    Here's what you can expect:

    Billing Dates:
    Your account will be charged on the 1st of the month before the quarter starts (e.g., September 1st for the fall box, December 1st for the winter box, March 1st for the spring box, and June 1st for the summer box).

    Shipping Period:
    Subscription boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of the first month of each quarter (e.g., October 1st-5th for the fall box, January 1st-5th for the winter box, April 1st-5th for the spring box, and July 1st-5th for the summer box).

    Late Subscription Option:
    For subscribers who purchase a box after the initial shipping period but before the next billing date (e.g., between October 1st and November 1st for the fall box), your box will be shipped within a 30-day timeframe from the purchase date.

    Shipping Notifications:
    Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Your order should arrive within approximately 10 business days from when you receive your tracking email.

    Seasonal Subscription Shipping:
    Each Element boxes, along with any additional items purchased (e.g., Added Elements), will ship together within this timeframe.


    Fall Billing Date:
    September 1st. Fall orders typically ship between October 1st and 5th.


    Why does it take up to a month to ship?
    Each season, your Each Element box is carefully curated by a professional astrologer to ensure a personalized and unique experience. We take the time to put the finishing touches on your order before shipping it out.

  • All Each Element purchases are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns. Any returned items will not be eligible for a refund.

    Exchanges are subject to a shipping fee, and you may incur additional charges if the replacement item has a higher value.

    In the event that you receive a damaged product or are missing a product, please email our Community Support Team at hi@thisiseachelement.com within one week of delivery, including a photo of the damaged item.

    If your delivery is missing, please notify us via email within two weeks of receiving your tracking information. Failure to notify Each Element within this timeframe may result in the inability to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Each Element.
